Hand in Hand towards a Successful and Healthy Future


The companies participating in the Enterprise for Health (EfH) network share an important basic conviction:

"Activities of a corporate culture based on partnership and a company health policy are investments in the future of an enterprise. They ensure competitiveness in the long term by building-up and maintaining innovative human wealth."

The EfH members share their experience on structuring and implementing corporate culture based on partnership and a company health policy amongst one another and in this way improve their own efforts. At the same time, EfH advocates its basic conviction, also to outsiders. Many companies have to reorganise and streamline their workflows in the wake of tougher international competition. Against this backdrop the network members perceive the further development of a corporate culture based on partnership and a company health policy as part of their social responsibility.

EfH consciously meets the numerous challenges which are involved in the future shaping of a healthy world of work and which stem from the many changes in the forms of work and organisation.

EfH derives the following focal points for its work from these challenges:

  • Development of a corporate culture based on partnership
  • Health and personality-promoting structuring of work
  • Working time organisation and new organisational forms of work
  • Knowledge management - future organisation of how companies deal with knowledge and information
  • Development of individual health competence of the employees
  • Healthy work design for older employees
  • Work-life balance / Transitions within working life and transitions into and out of working life
  • Social responsibility of companies in the neighbourhood and society
  • Integration of all these aspects into management systems and staff leadership.
